Suffolk County Police arrested an 18-year-old Mastic Beach resident after he allegedly reached over a bathroom stall partition to photograph a man using an adjacent stall at a mall in Lake Grove, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.

The 42-year-old victim noticed the phone and confronted the suspect outside the bathroom. A security guard contacted police.

The suspect was charged with Unlawful Surveillance in the 2nd Degree, a felony. He was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip.
